An error message appeared during a measurement. What should I do?

  • Make sure that the blood pressure monitor is well positioned on your arm, properly tightened, with the cylinder aligned with the artery. 

  • Make sure that you remain still and that you don't talk or cough during the measurement.
  • Make sure the ports of your Blood Pressure Monitor and iPhone are clean.
