My order is being reviewed. What should I do?

Our fraud system can sometimes put orders on hold for various reasons. When that happens, the order will be manually reviewed by our Customer Service team.

Please note that no action is required on your side during this process. The processing of your order can take up to 48 hours. After that, you will receive an email if your order is confirmed or cancelled. We assure you that we take the security of your transactions very seriously. The only purpose of reviewing your order is to ensure your safety.
