I'm having issues with the audio features. What should I do?

This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:

- The Push-To-Talk feature doesn't work
You hear an echo when you use the Push-To-Talk feature
- You hear a clicking sound coming from your Withings Home™

 


  

The Push-To-Talk feature doesn't work

If the Push-To-Talk feature doesn't seem to work, perform the following steps:

  1. If the person next to your Withings Home™ can't hear what you're saying, make sure the app can access the microphone of your mobile device.
    You can do so by opening the Withings Home™ app, going to Settings > General Settings > System authorizations, and making sure that Microphone is enabled.

  2. If you can't hear what the person next to your Withings Home™ is saying from the Withings Home™ app, make sure that the volume level of your mobile device isn't all the way down.

You hear an echo when you use the Push-To-Talk feature

It's perfectly normal to hear an echo when you use the Push-To-Talk feature while being in the same room as your Withings Home™.
