I'm having issues with the badges. What should I do?

This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:

- Badges are no longer unlocked
- You wish new badges were available


Badges are no longer unlocked

 If badges are no longer unlocked, no matter how much you're walking, it's probably because your data isn't syncing with our servers. To fix this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Make sure your mobile device can access the internet via Wi-Fi or 3G/4G.
  2. Log out from the app and then log back in.

You wish new badges were available
