I'm having issues with my sleep data. What should I do?

This article will help you if you encounter any of the following issues:

- Your data seems inaccurate
- You can't start the Sleep mode

 


 

Your data seems inaccurate

If your data seems inaccurate, it may be that:

  • You're also using a Withings Aura™ to track your sleep. If you use both devices, sleep data coming from the Withings Aura™ will systematically overwrite any sleep data coming from your Withings Pulse™ Ox.
  • The automatic wake-up feature is enabled. If this is the case and if you have a tendency to get up in the middle of the night, it may stop the sleep mode and keep you from tracking the rest of your night. We advise that you disable this feature if it is the case.

You can't start the Sleep mode

If you can't start the Sleep mode, it probably means the touchscreen is not responsive. Reach out to Customer Service by clicking the Contact us button at the bottom of the page.
